DriveGenie is an on-demand driver service platform designed to make hiring professional drivers simple, reliable, and accessible. The product focuses on solving everyday mobility needs—whether it’s a one-time ride, scheduled booking, or upcoming car-related services like wash and servicing.

The goal was to create a straightforward and dependable experience that reduces friction in booking and improves service efficiency.

Redefining On-Demand Driver &
Car Services with DriveGenie

I led the design direction and execution for DriveGenie, focusing on improving usability and modernizing the product experience. I worked closely on restructuring the platform, refining the interface, and enhancing the overall interaction flow.

From redesigning the home screen to improving core booking journeys, my focus was on making the product more intuitive and functionally efficient.

Key Challenges

  • Confusing booking flow leading to drop-offs

  • Outdated and visually inconsistent interface

  • Lack of clarity in service selection and navigation

  • Poor user guidance during the booking process

Zaaapit is a quick-commerce platform focused on delivering fashion and lifestyle products for both men and women. Built around speed and flexibility, it offers Rush delivery (within 30 minutes) and Relax delivery (2–3 days), along with a unique Try & Buy experience that allows users to try products before making a purchase.

The platform is supported by a dedicated partner ecosystem, including a delivery partner app that enables efficient order management and seamless last-mile delivery.

Reinventing Fashion Commerce with Zaaapit

Zaaapit was developed as a client project, where I led the design direction from the ground up. From crafting the brand identity to building both the customer app and partner app experiences, I ensured a cohesive, scalable, and user-centric product ecosystem.

I was involved from the initial concept stage, transforming ideas into a complete end-to-end product experience.

Key Challenges

  • Building both customer and partner apps from scratch

  • Creating trust for a Try & Buy model in an online environment

  • Designing two distinct delivery experiences (Rush vs Relax)

  • Ensuring seamless coordination between users and delivery partners

My focus was on simplifying complex agritech concepts through engaging multimedia assets, including GIFs and visual content. I worked closely with the team to improve product presentation, introduce new visuals, and support feature and product additions.

Over time, I played a key role in refining visual communication, making the platform more intuitive, engaging, and aligned with its technology-driven vision.
